Other than the barking dog and cheapest toilet paper ever, was a great hotel and nice to be away from the chaos of the strip when settling in.
I am platinum with SPG and stayed at this hotel over 300 times. The last 2 stays at this property have been terrible. I check out of this hotel on Aug 2 and don’t think I’ll ever be back. Maid service has been terrible and customer service at the bar is even worse now. No customer service at all.
Great 5-day trip to Vegas! As a Starwood member I was able to get a free early check in and a late check out. Our room was clean upon arrival, continuously cleaned & stocked each day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was relaxing and enjoyable. Nice to have Starbucks & a restaurant in the hotel.
Do not stay here
No one seems to know anything nor do they seem to care about fixing reservation issues. We pre-booked months ago. They can't find the reservations and want to keep jumping through their hoops. I will never stay here again.
