Great customer service, friendly staff and the team really seems to enjoy doing their job.

Highly recommend staying clear of this hotel!! We had a canceled flight due to weather, we checked in a day late. Our new flight was not returning until a day later and we requested to be comped an additional day. Prior to our planned pre-paid vacation I purchased travel insurance. Although we should be comped according to our travel insurance the hotel personal refused to provide a room without additional payment from us. I happen to work Real Estate here in Las Vegas. I also recently became a Hard Money Lender and established my own LLC. I happen to just pass by the hotel for a Business Meeting. Its not that bad inside, its nice
I was charged 100 USD on check in . I was told that this is a security deposit and would be returned on check out which never happened . Lost a 100 USD this way . Shocking and not at all expected from a hotel of this category.

Very disappointing stay. The elevators in the parking garage were not working no signs anywhere. Staff wasn't friendly. Mind you my husband works for the company in a phx location.
