For a 4.5 hotel the rooms could of been more updated. The elevator service is super slow. Customer service was ok. I liked that the pool was open 24 hours. Casino gambling area very tiny half of the machines are off.
Parking bij de ingang. Zeer vriendelijk onthaald. Ruime, nette kamers. Rustig hotel vlakbij the strip. Absolute aanrader!!!
Started with urine smelling room, three different days needed to ask to have the room cleaned then the desk person was rude when asked to have his done. Bathrooms had stool in them in the lobby. One stall had water dripping from the ceiling light for two days but at least they had it closed off. Air conditioner in room had two settings. 62 degrees or off. Could not adjust and nobody fixed even though we asked twice. Best thing about the stay was the great service by Anthony and Carlos at the restaurant!!!!!
Booked my rooms in plenty of time . Upon my checking in apparently they didn't have 2 double beds in my room only a king size bed ? Is there a price for 1 bed rather than 2 ? And I asked if they had a roll away bed and again apparently they had none ! What's the use of booking rooms and not getting what you reserved ? And than they tell YOU to call in the morning to see if you can change rooms 😡Seriously not happy RESERVATIONS means RESERVED ..why pay so much if they aren't reserving what you want !!
