This place used to be a great place to stay, but I dont know what happened... Upon checking in I was told that the room type that I had reserved was not avalible and was asked if I would be okay with a different room. I said no, that I had requested a large room for a reason and was told that they would find one for me. Well the one they found was not clean, and there was BLOOD on the sheets. This is a great place to stay! We got upgraded to the 16th floor, the view was towards the high roller ferris wheel just amazing! The staff treated us great! I would love to stay here again!
Don't stay at this hotel they have charged us twice and are not releasing my funds. Tried to email but came up as wrong email address. Had to call them from New Orleans. There explanation was the funds for 5 days and the bank will realease them back within 7 days. Over 1 month later the funds are still pending and the bank said it is the hotel that is not releasing them. Not good enough ☹️
Awesome experience great shopping excellent parking, a place my vacation will be.
