My best experience was the staff from the restaurant and concierge, but my room was not what I was expecting. I am a frequent costumer from The Westin, because I travel around the USA and this one is in the bottom of my list. Bathroom needs update. The walls are thin and I can hear every single noise from next room. Their advertisement is Sleep well. Didn't happen, I call to see if something could be done and the answer was the walls are thin. Stop. Please keep the casino. We like going there. The best part it's only one of very few casinos that don't smell like cigarette smoke. We like the place a lot.
