I will say that the food here is delish, The waiters were on the ball, and the beds and rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. But I'll never stay here again. When you're checking into the Westin, if you need to be anywhere by 6 o'clock or 7 o'clock, (like a Vegas show), expect to be sent to the spa to shower. Never again will I book a stay here. Ever! 1. A staff member at the Spa made an inappropriate, borderline racist, comment to my daughter and I. I made a complaint at the front desk, but I think it went on deaf ears. It's been a few days and no one has reached out. 2. Our room wasn't available upon arrival. We, along with many others, waited over an hour to get a room key (after 5pm). Front desk was unapologetic and told guests "it was the nature of the beast". Total BS!! When I arrive to the hotel Friday 4/14/17 I was told check in was at 4pm it was 530pm when i check in & was told my room with two queen size bed wasn't ready and the desk clerk said she didn't know how long it will be before my room is ready. Then she offer me a room with one king size bed plus a roll out bed with no extra charge. I didn't take the room with the king size bed because I had my boy staying in the room & I paid for two beds.
