I was robbed on February 2nd, 2017 and have had absolutely no resolution/apology/explanation - do not feel safe and will never stay there again - has tarnished the Westin - and Starwood name. Appalling.
The hotel is in a great location and very well appointed. The only downside is that there is a huge development going on across the street which means the hotel is extremely noisy from early in the morning. Excellent food and rooms though.

Comfy and clean. We expected a doggy bed for my dog to use while we're here. Finally got the food/water bowls the second time I went to the desk. Also, anything you plug into the plug in bathroom falls out. Said they were sending someone and didn't. Had to use my husband's CPAP extension cord. Would still come back.
I had my laptop, headphones, and bag full of accessories stolen from my room by housekeeping. $2500 worth of material not to mention the data on my computer (I keep a backed up external hard drive but they took that too). All the hotel has done is make me fill out a very unofficial claims report and perform a "lock interrogation". I was told that they cannot discuss security measures when I asked whether they have cameras in the halls. I know I'll never see my belongings again.
