I had dirty pillow cases on my bed. I had long strands of hair in my bed. Mediocre at best considering it's a Marriott subsidiary. More like a high level Motel Six with tattered comforter.
All round excellent customer service. Being a platinum member goes really far here and gets better recognition than many other properties. The rooms are as usual, clean, the décor modern. It's not a far walk to the strip and cost $6.70 to take an Uber from the hotel to the strip.

This was my husband and my first time in Vegas. The staff at the Westin made our stay super welcome and lovely. When I talked to Laura (day beforw arriving) and told her we were celebrating our 20th anniversary she said Westin would help make it special. We had a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room. She made our day that much more special. Thank you Laura. You ROCK!!!!
