My experience in the hotel was the worst ever in my life. I work for IBM in a management position I have travelling 20 years and I had never experienced something like this before. I opted for the greening choice that cancel the house keeping serviceso nobody had reason to enter my room anyway I've been robbed, someone entered to my room number 712 and took my money in cash and my Polar's Watch and Polar's hear rate sensor. Nothing special...im a platinum spg member and no upgrades offered. Next time would recommend and consider staying at different hotel.
I gave two stars instead of one because the staffs are friendly , especially the concierge. The casino is nice and cosy. HOWEVER, If you are looking to sleep, this is torturous place to stay. I'm here right now staying in one of their rooms on 8th floor, it's 8am now. The noise of the air conditioning was crazy loud throughout the night and random. This is the worst hotel in Vegas . Service poor ,,food terrible, even premium beding not so good. Not up to Westins standards.
