Clean and quite, not over crowded, love to stay here again.
Dirty area! Smells bad! No a/c in elevator waiting area. Paid extra for room with view....of a very large parking lot. Didn't use the pool (and it was 105 degrees) because it was lame. Rooms was nice. Beds comfortable. Everything else about this place was undesirable. I would never recommend this place or stay there again. Oh, and when I checked out, my name was not on the room? Um, not even sure what to make of that! We stayed 3 nights �
What heavenly bed!? Ours came from The other place! May as well have slept on the floor! And A/C did not cool our room well either! We will not be coming back here, not returning!!!!!
I will definitely put this on my list of places to scout for trips to Vegas. About a block off the center of the strip. Rooms are nice. Breakfast vouchers are convenient. Check-in process was disappointing because it took about 2 hours for our room to be ready even though we booked a month in advance. Front desk did provide us drink vouchers and a food credit for our troubles which helped the time pass.
Marcus, the Bristo server during our breakfast - quick, observent, humorous. Excellent service from him continuously for our 4 days stay. And as a pet sitter, I am happy to meet many dogs in this pet friendly hotel. Please note that part of this hotel will be under renovation for about 5 months. Do contact the hotel for details before you book.
