I'm a traveler and I visited many hotels. Hotel I will give it a 5 cause how the format was set up and the location. The room wasn't impressive. I did love the bed. One of the best bed I slept in but I still give it a 2 based on other rooms I been to. Free parking, attractions near by, and the night life. The staff, standard and regular. Can't rate the food or drinks.
The Westin Galleria was superior. The ballroom lobby was beautiful and the staff was pleasant. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Gig'em Aggies!
Breakfast very nice. I order three egg omelette with many toppings (choose ham bacon mushroom & cheedar cheese)... Near shopping mall �
The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The views were breath taking and the galleria mall is amazing. Thank you so much love from Ireland x
The staff at the front desk was awesome if not for them I would have rated as a 1 star, the food was not very good.and the waitstaff in the main dining room was rude. I understand it was a large party but it left a lot to be desired.
