The remodeling noise they mention you might hear during your stay between 9 am and 6 pm. It's so loud we couldn't talk to each other and hear! Our children were scared. I expected to hear the tapping of hammers or grinding of skill saws, NOT jack hammers above your heads!!! Note: They did move us to another floor. Just beware before staying here until remodeling is complete.
for the money , it was just average! this is a very BUSY area and to check in was way over crowded you would think Valet would be included with your room but that was way overpriced and parking was the worst, waited over 15min to get on the elevator , everyone was full. Breakfast was way over priced...for the money we paid it was OK nothing to come back for....Ive paid less for way better service.
They failed to mention that they were remodeling the floor above us. It was a loud annoying jackhammer sound that was non-stop. We were not offered another room or a discount for the annoying noise. Then there was 2 kids running through the halls after 10 p.m. screaming.
Clean. Quiet. Great staff. Everything I needed. I'll be back!!
Great experience ! Beds were soo soft and fluffy... very friendly staff and plus it's connected to the mall. Who wouldn't love that! Defiantly will be going back
