Our room had recently been renovated and everything was perfect. Could not have loved it more

This is our second time staying here. Everything was fine. The bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Housekeeping was very attentive. Access to the mall was GREAT. We had no issues with the cable. Didn't order Room service. We were here for a Dance Competition held in the ballroom on a busy holiday weekend. With so many people here we did not have long waits for the elevator (that was a plus). We could hear the construction a little going on six floors above us but that was only very briefly, if the television was off.
I enjoyed my birthday stay and 1st time in Houston. ..They go the extra mile to do Lil special stuff like cake in my room for my birthday. ..They were professional staffed and kind....I will be back.....Very nice rooms.
Fabulous hotel �. Very clean and as my son would say very upscale and fancy.
Nice property nice staff...couldn't believe they didn't have a microwave...ughhh
