If I could give this hotel experience a ZERO, I would. The jackhammers started at 8am the morning after Thanksgiving and the head banging noise has not stopped!! This is not what any #SPG Starwood Preferred Guest should ever have to endure! This is not even close to the "Resort" that Westin is so proud of!! Westin and SPG should give a GIANT notice that this is a full blown construction site and don't expect to enjoy your experience with any piece and quiet!! HORRIBLE!!!
When I build my house, I think I'll just have them drop a Westin suite into the floorplan. It's a great place if you want to be close to it all. Shopping and entertainment right at your fingertips. Comfortable, lovely staff, very welcoming to my dogs....They Love the Heavenly Bed!

If I could have given a zero I would. Horrible customer service! Front desk manager, Mr Kwan was rude and disrespectful. I had a charge for what should have been a credit and now no one wants to take responsibility for correcting the problem. Having evacuated to this hotel due to hurricane Harvey was an added nightmare to the one I was already living! 4 different holds placed on my account after the room had already been paid for through Expedia! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!
Thank you Westin galleria, our experience with your hotel was amazing since we got stuck in Houston because of hurricane Harvey.. thanks for not price gouging:) your hotel is beautiful and your staff was absolutely amazing.. we come to Houston a lot for business and after our amazing experience with your astablishment we will definitely be returning to this fine hotel..

The worst people and attention! In the middle of Hurricane Harvey with no services and as a guest you still have to pay the full rate per night!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
