I can't give them zero stars, but that is what this hotel deserves. They gave us an "upgrade" to a suite, and oh, surprise!! We can't sleep because there is a party upstairs and is sooo loud. Called two times and they told me they would send security, but "wait", I said "are you sending security to end a party that you sold?" Unbelievable, if they know there will be such a noisy party, they should have told us or gave us another room.

You put the Suites right next to the elevators? So if you’re in the living room or 2nd bathroom, you hear the elevators a lot. Called twice now about someone fixing the heater in my living room, guess it’s just going to stay cold in there. Not very pleased with this Suite, especially with the cost. The Westin Memorial City is supposed to be a half star lower rated than this Hotel, yet the Suites there are a lot nicer and better priced. I wanna say the city of Houston is proud of you for the renovations that’s in process of these outdated hotels, Let’s Continue making Houston Galleria Beautiful! We can’t wait for the outside renovation as well.. Houston number one shopping and living destinations! ����
