Worse hotel ever and very unprofessional!!! Managers are liars. I stayed in the Westin Galleria Hotel a couple of weeks ago for two nights. The first night, the hot water was not working. We called the desk and they sent the engineer. The engineer said it was fixed. So then I went to take a shower, and got COLD water. Called the desk again and they sent the engineer to our room. I just want to say thanks to The Westin Galleria staffs, we just had a big conference in Huston over the pass weekend, and the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful, i am amaze by the their hospitality, specially thanks to front desk staff "Helin" and the shift manager to help me switch to the room i need.

I stayed at the Westin Galleria in Houston Tx. In October of 2017. Upon entering the hotel I had a 3 hour delay in getting my rooms because they weren't ready. After waiting for hours I enter the room to find a gross white substance in one of the chairs in the room. After having it cleaned (not offered a new room) I felt a bit more comfortable. My family and I stayed at this property back in October of 2017, and once we checked in and got settled, we noticed there were some stains on one of the chairs so we called the guest service and no one came so I found someone myself in the hall to come clean the chair, even she was disdained at the sight of the chair b/c you could only imagine what it was.
