I was here fora conference. It was also my Birthday so I received the Birthday rate which was awesome. I even had chocolate cake and a bowl of fresh fruit delivered to my room to celebrate - Paula was wonderful.
I made our reservations in November for this past weekend - I printed out my confirmation two days before scheduled arrival date and realized that only a king bed room was reserved (which has happened before when reserving a room with two beds) called the hotel and they told me that they could not change my reservation or they would have to charge me more than my initial price I got in November.
