I was only there one night, but the staff was lovely and the room was beautiful and clean. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable.
WAY TOOOO EXPENSIVE, WIFI COST $$$, WALLS PAPER THIN, TOWELS CAME AT 2:00PM, TV SHUT OFF EVERY 10 MINS, MY FLOOR WAS ROWDY LIKE A FRESHMAN DORM, WOKE UP SWEATING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITH THE AIR SET TO 69 DEGREES. ... I SHOULD HAVE JUST STAYED IN A SMALL HOTEL AND UBERED TO MY MEETINGS... THE PRICE DOESNT MATCH THE EXPERIENCE
I've been a Starwood/Westin Gold and Gold Elite Ownership level for a number of years. But here's what has happened in the first hour and a half during our stay at this hotel (so far). About an hour ago, a member of their housekeeping staff opened our door, walked into our room completely unannounced. When I complained to the manager, all she could say was they'll review the circumstances with the housekeeping "team leader" and then further explained that was not the hotel's policy for people to enter rooms without knocking.... read more
