I'm quite disappointed with this place, knowing it to be a Westin i thought service will be that good. But sad to say it was too far behind from what i experienced mostly to other places especially in my country , Philippines. Aside from it"s outdated look , the place needs a lot of improvement in service and to their facilities.

Worst $500 a night hotel I've ever stayed in. Room service was horrible, cleanliness worse. Carpet and bathroom were nasty. Needle stuck in the carpet went into my foot about 1/2 ". Have corresponded with the hotel. The director of security called but I was in the doctor's office. I called her back twice with no return call. I sent a 2nd email to ask why I was being ignored. I had to drop off my 9 year old at a dance convention being held here, so I wanted to go in with her to make sure she arrived safely. My car was parked outside for 15 min and they charged me $20. They didn't even go and park it! It was pulled to the front of valet area, and they still charged $20. I'm not so sure the valet people didn't pocket the money. I am choosing to think of it as I paid $20 to keep my daughter safe (which is priceless), instead of getting completely swindled by The Westin. Ridiculous.

The hotel seems to have been remodeled. The renovations, however seem to have been done professionally and in good taste. The room Is comfortable and a good size. The hotel unfortunately lacks basic customer service. When I checked in, the front desk attendant informed me my room had two beds when I had specifically requested one king size bed. I insisted on having a one-bed room and they accommodated my request by placing me on a lower floor. Today, housekeeping didn't replace my coffee or water bottle. I had to call three ... read more
