What's it like owning a timeshare with ****? Well be prepared that you only have a 7 day window to cancel once you buy the timeshare. I could write pages about how **** duped me, but for those of you reading this, Ill try to keep it short. **** has caused me an extreme amount of stress in the last 4+ years. The sales staff was not truthful when explaining timeshare ownership, because if they were, I would have walked away without ever buying one. For everyone in this world, take my advise, never ever sigh up timeshare with **** Resort unless you are willing to waste your money.Since 2013, I am stuck in this deep shithole. The maintenance fee goes up from $999 to right now, $1,500!!! The fee goes up not only 1% according to the sales rep in the welcome center. It goes up more than 45% since 2013!!!!
Trying to figure out this timeshare with Welks has been a nightmare and buying a timeshare through them was the biggest mistake of our married lives. They pass your points over to other companies who they don't even seem to have a good relationship with and then when something inevitably goes wrong, they will not help you resolve that issue. When calling customer service, they will literally put you on hold just to transfer you without telling you to someone else who can't help you.
My experience with **** timeshare ownership. I called to book some time at the Desert Oasis. Last month I was on phone with a **** representative for one hour because I was having trouble logging onto "the lounge". Today I could not log on again. I called **** and was on hold for one hour, the phone tree offers a opportunity to have them call you back, press 2, it was not working. We have been a timeshare owner for several years. The yearly fee is exorbitant, and the customer service is terrible. It literally takes hours to get ahold of an agent. When I first called, I was called number 103. I have now been on hold for almost 2 hours. I have just given up when I have called before, due to the wait. Such HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!
I have been dealing with **** since 2015 and its been a constant headache. My wife and I were lured into a presentation with free tickets to local attractions. What was supposed to take an hour of our time took all day. We dealt with multiple salespeople who claimed that **** was a veteran-friendly company, and they love helping Veterans like us. What a joke **** Resorts are. My husband and I could never recommend **** to anyone after the deception and mistreatment we endured. We were approached at ********* by one of their reps and were offered a free vacation to ****** IF we went to their presentation. Just say NO to a **** Resorts timeshare!!! We have been owners since 2007 and have a paid in full contract! We have used it some but EVERY time we used it we were harassed to attend an owners meeting to review our account which was actually just a sales pitch to buy more points.
