Verified Renter Fairly quiet, office staff are pleasant. Maintenance is quick to respond for repairs and repairs are usually fixed the first time. . Nice place to call home, for a while

I did receive a carpeted apartment which was different from the one initially showed to me so I had to plan around that. I found a water leakage but maintenance was quick to respond and the front office did their due diligence to put work orders in quickly for replacement. Verified Renter My experience had overall been really good. There are some updates that need to be made but overall, it’s a good apt complex and great area.
Verified Renter The move in was not a pleasent one. Community needs a small revamp. I had to push for the apartment to be liveable. Floors were dirty and much more not acceptable.
Verified Renter Almost everything was perfect! The only thing we are not happy is the charge for trash. In our leasing contract it says $25 but they ara charging $50, hidden payments they don’t mention.
