Verified Renter Excellent place to live. We love the location. It's close to our doctors, grocery shopping, malls, restaurants, and more. Maintenance personnel is awesome too.

Verified Renter We are so happy. The apartment is beautiful. The carpet, the counters of the kitchen and bathroom, the stove are new. Very quiet place.
Verified Renter Maintenance has consistently been the best part of this community. When there’s a problem, or just need a small fix- they’re always there faster than I expected. Usually next day! Biggest negative over the last year has been from neighbors, like dogs not being cleaned after, or trash left around etc. noise level has significantly improved on our side of the complex.
My time here My third year here and trust when you are in a bind the office will help you and work with you. It's all about communication. The trash pick up has gotten entirely better. Only thing I wish is that the complex could have been painted a different color. ??
Amazing! My experience at the Villas has been great. It’s a clean and safe community. The leasing employees and maintenance are also great! I have had a great experience here.
