Verified Renter I've been a resident at Villas since December 2015, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Office staff have always been helpful, maintenance responds quickly and just overall hadn't had any issues here. I just wish that the other residents would clean up after themselves and keep the grounds a little cleaner, but nothing is unbearable.

There are pros and cons to almost apartments, but we have renewed our lease every time because as far as apartment living goes, it doesn’t get better. I do wish the complex would be willing to repaint after nearly 5 years in our apartment. It’s something that we would have done if we owned a home, and can’t do ourselves in a rental. Verified Renter I’ve been living here for approximately 9 months. Basically everything that involves the community as a whole, staff, maintenance etc is very satisfactory. These are all positive things. My negative are noisy neighbors, unable to pay my rent with any of my cards which are more than capable of the charge. Gates are broken frequently but that’s due to individuals trying to gain entrance behind another automobile. However, I would recommend to a friend of family..
