Verified Renter Everyone in the front office was very helpful when I moved in. Although when I first moved my neighbors were very loudly with a family dispute that cause for police to be called. Other than that the community is always kept clean and it's overall peaceful..

Verified Renter I have been here for 4 months and a lot has been going on. The gate is always broken, the key fobs work sometimes and we pay extra for trash and it doesn’t get picked up as it should. My neighbors are nice and that’s so far the best part.

Verified Renter I'm happy to say that the walls have good insulation. The entirety of the summer with a heat index up to 106F, our apartment was kept cool. I would the temp set at 78F during the day and coming home from work, the room temp would be shy of 77F :)

Verified Renter Since old management left its been an extreme adjustment to new management, also new maintenance crew. The property seems to be trending downward. The trash piling up has gotten worse. Broken down vehicles everywhere not being moved. The value of this property had decreased dramatically. Harder to get in touch with the front office for repairs. It takes weeks to get anything repaired or replaced. Also the gym hasn’t been updated in at least 6yrs and has a lot of broken equipment. The only reason I gave 3 star... read more

Verified Renter Been living in these apartments for almost 2 years and I love how the cleanliness it’s very organized! Only issue I have and it’s not that big of an issue but sometimes the water gets cut off unexpectedly. I was literally in the middle of a shower and the water was shut off. Other than that it’s amazing here!
