Verified Renter It’s very quiet and not much traffic. The apartments are clean and the work out areas are always clean and never too crowded. The gates sometimes will not work is the only thing.

Verified Renter The Villas at Shadow Creeks is a peaceful place to live, we’ve lived here for some months now and I tell you it’s worth it. Good staff, good maintenance, lovely community. The only problem I have is the fridge, it’s old model but still works.

Verified Renter My experience here has been great. I am a long time resident and I can say that if your looking for a great location this is it. 15 minutes from downtown. Great schools elementary all the way up to high school. Plenty of shopping options within 5 minutes. The staff is awesome. Prompt, courteous, and helpful. A great place to live.

Verified Renter It’s been cool, nice neighborhood, good views and plenty of stores around. Need some renovations to bring it more up to date but the office makes it easy for you to work with them.

Verified Renter I would say that this complex is okay. When I moved here last year it was better, but it seems that the complex is starting to go down. Sometimes I see large amounts of trash laying around and clothes on balconies.
