Verified Renter I love the leasing office staff, neighbors are friendly and very quiet. I absolutely love my renovated unit with my private garage. The location is great as well, close to EVERYTHING in Pearland and Houston

Verified Renter Location wise this is an Excellent place to live. If you commute to the med center or Houston. It is generally safe. For the price they’re currently listing apartments for, our amenities should be better kept. The car wash and vacuum station is almost never working. Grills at both pools are non operational. People miss treat the amenities.

Verified Renter I have been here since February no issues. I love it here . Nice clean community. The leasing office was wonderful everyone was nice and informative my move here was smooth and stress free.
Verified Renter Mostly a positive experience. There have been a few challenges with getting trash picked up,(fees included in rent), noisy neighbors, barking dogs etc but nothing that I can’t live with.
