Verified Renter Villas at Shadowcreek is a great place to live. Luxury amenities. Close to shopping, good schools, and plenty of dining options. Downtown Houston is 15 minutes away. City Centre is about 25 minutes away and Sugarland is about 25 minutes away. Great location, close to so much.

Verified Renter The front gate is always broken, which makes us feel unsafe. The ac unit we have is constantly breaking down and they don't really fix the problem. Security is overall lacking, not enough cameras around, just at the front gates. We have put out our trash on time for "valet trash pick up" and several times it is not taken by the next morning.
Office personnel Nice and professional I'm looking for an apartment, so I stopped here after calling and speaking with Victoria. When I arrived 10-15 minutes later, Victoria already had floor plans, pricing and units to show when I arrived. She listened and took me on a tour . This complex is well kept and quiet. How I know it's quiet? I took a ride around 11pm, and I saw nothing but car going in/out. I plan to move here when my lease is up.
Verified Renter My neighbors are the best! Maintenance Department is always quick and efficient regarding my maintenance request.My surroundings are well maintained except for some issues with the garbage disposal. Other than this, I like my apartment!
