Location is second to none. Pearland is the closest suburb into downtown, medical center, and you can get to Sugarland or the beach fairly quickly due to its central location. Way more pros than cons. A great place to live.
Verified Renter I've been living here since December 2015, I haven't had any major issues here. Anytime I need anything repaired, maintenance takes care of it right away. Overall I've enjoyed my resident experience here, my only issue is the water; how it's always turned off due to various problems. But great place to live and great location.
