Poor management This place is not safe, their gates is usually broken on phase 1 side and corporate knows. They don't care about their tenant's safety only the rent money. The door of the fence are broken. My apartment was broken into and they still haven't fixed the door frame, it'd been over a month.

You have been warned A simple, non-biased opinion... Ive been a resident here going on 4 years. We have experienced 3 changes in management groups. Each management group has come with their own set of policies and price increases. There's bugs due to poor trash arrangements and it can take maintenence 3 WEEKS to respond. Every weekend you can find the trash dumpsters overflowing with garbage. It attracts roaches and rats. There's no place like Home! The Villas are a great place to live! They're right outside of Houston by way of Hwy 288. Pearland Town Center is 5 minutes away so you have shopping and restaurants right around the corner from you, and plenty of grocery stores too! The Medical Center is about 12 miles away and Downtown is about 15 miles away. It is not a long commute distance wise but you will have to get used to the traffic going in and out of the city on weekdays. The apartments themselves are great! BUGS!! It have bugs! it seems so nice when you move in but within a month the place is crawling with bugs. and maintenance take forever to come. We waited 3 weeks to get a problem first
