Verified Renter Frequently experience broken/malfunctioning amenities such as inability to access gate multiple occasions due to remote issues. Multiple different occasions Pet grooming station entry door not functioning with remote and unable to utilize. 1 occasion Car wash station was broken and not able to be utilized. But otherwise amenities are amazing just frustrating when malfunctioning or damaged and unable to utilize.
