Verified Renter Just a few mins close to hospitals and shopping centers and Hwy 288 and Beltway 8, few mins to medical center,just a few mins outside of Houston, I love this apartment because the interiors are really big, and the lights make a really cozy environment, 2 big swimming pools,gym, yoga room, spin room ,visitor’s parking spot and a beautiful location make this apartments one of the best in the area.

Verified Renter Burglars can easily come inside the community, no security cameras installed in each building. Trash are not collected as scheduled. If front desk staffs could be a little nicer.

Verified Renter It’s been cool, the cleanliness of the upkeep is not cool, the leaving trash cans outside all day from neighbors and they just fill up the trash until trash valet comes. The smell is not cool and trash is not the first thing I want to see when I open my door.

Verified Renter Great place to live. I have been here almost 8 years now. Many apartments go downhill after a certain amount of time, but not the Villas. The grounds are kept up. Maintenance is top notch. There are community activities and outreach, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is the best. I recently started working in the medical center and even with bad traffic on 288, I still get to work in less than 30 minutes.
