My wife and I have lived at The Villa at River Pointe Drive for 3 months now and have loved every minute of it. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places to stay in the Maumelle area for a very reasonable price. We have very friendly neighbors and it is a great place to call home.
I love the Villas! Super clean, friendly, and SAFE. The gate remotes and security cameras make my family and I feel like we are in a safe environment! In plus the pool is AMAZING �

I have nothing but great things to say about this place of living. The staff is so friendly and helpful at all times. The summers are amazing lounging by the pool and the privacy that you have in a nestled away area in north Little Rock is unlike any other I have been. Recommend to anyone.
