The Villa at River Point is an awesome place to live ! I have really enjoyed living here , and everyone that I have met on there staff are very nice .
The Villa is a great place to live! I always feel safe & valued. I know that if and when I need something taken care of that they will be more than willing to help me in any way whatsoever and in a timely manner. The staff is so incredibly nice & the apartment are beautiful. Living in the villa during the spring/summer is like being at a resort! Movies by the pool, watching football in the hot tub & soon our own private park...it doesn't get much better than this :)

With many rental properties in LR "The Villa" has surpassed the rest. It is beautiful at night with a feel of class and a resort atmosphere. This gated complex is in a perfect location with privacy and european architect style that would interest any age professional. Great management team to add to your "5 Star" place called Home.

Been living here over 6 months. Love this place. I often watch the sunset on the river from my balcony. I saw some deer and a coyote the other night when I took a walk outside the security gate.
The Villa is a great place to live whether for only six months or for long-term. The staff is friendly and helpful!
This place was already great and it keeps getting better!
