We are extremely happy here & the staff is wonderful! The amenities are great & it has made my transition to a new state much easier!
Totally amazing! This is a must live place. The amenities are incredible and unique And it makes me feel like I'm on vacation all the time!
Loved living here. Moved in sight-unseen before it was finished and from the moment we met Melanie we knew it was the place for us. When we moved in we loved it even more. Modern, clean, and cozy. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful too. Alex, who does maintenance, is always walking around with a big smile, always looking to help in any way he can. Best apartment I've lived in.
I really love living at The Villa Apartments. Can't wait for Spring/Summer to enjoy the wonderful spa pool and hot tub.
We initially found this place while we were both in NY looking to relocate. Mary was very helpful over the phone and in person. When we arrived we were in love with The Villa! Out of the other places in Maumelle this was an easy decision. Amenities are top notch. Melanie was very accommodating to get paperwork completed while we went back to NY to get things buttoned up.
