The Villa is a very nice place to live. Its quite and the Staff is amazing. Theirs almost always someone at the pool to talk too.
My husband and I had to move out of our home on very short notice so a big part of our home could be remodeled. The Villas at River Pointe Drive was very professional, kept very well, and with multiple swimming pools and hot tubs and a workout room was like going on a 4 1/2 month vacation!
Living here is one of this best decisions I’ve ever made! Definitely renewing my lease, and plan to be here for awhile. Great staff. Friendly neighbors. Worth the price while living near the excellent Maumelle community. The staff works with you and treats you well. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

I LOVE The Villa. I feel safe here. My friends and family love coming here to hang out because of all the wonderful amenities. The staff is caring and responsive to the needs of tenants. You won’t find a better apartment community in this area. 😃
Moving from Japan I was very impressed with the way that the staff worked with me to ensure I had a seamless move! The apartment, grounds and clubhouse are clean and quiet! I have lived in my apartment here for about two weeks and I have not been disturbed by any loud noise! The area is great too! A Wal-Mart is less than a mile away and a well stocked Kroger is not much further down the road! Being close to the highway also makes commuting a breeze! I am very happy to call The Villa my new home!
Just moved in and so impressed with the property and how organized the management staff is!! Love it already!!!
