We moved to The Villas at River Pointe 3 months ago and have had the best experience ever transitioning into our new apartment. Everything is new and exciting and creates an resort-styled escape from daily grind and stress. I get excited to come home everyday here. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
I have been living at the Villa for 3 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed it! I especially love the get-togethers at the pool, whether for a casual Saturday, live music on Thursdays, or a movie showing on a Tuesday. The customer service is excellent and the grounds are always well-maintained. It's truly a resort-like lifestyle here at the Villa!

One of the Best decision I have made , move here from Tampa and just felt in love with The Villas, the staff is the best and the people here super friendly.
Moved in around April of 2017 and it's been more than I could've ever expected. Everything is great from the maintenance reacting fast to calls, all the way to the hospitality they show on a daily basis. The events they host are definitely beneficial and expanding the community with another pool is something I definitely look forward to. This place is hands down the best apartment I've not only seen but also lived in during my entire Air Force career and as long as I stay stationed on LRAFB I will call the Villa my home.
