Great modern high rise. The best part about this place are the views and location. You get amazing views of the city. It’s convenient to go anywhere. Close to a lot of restaurants in Ktown. Management is prompt and helpful. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Not the same Luxury apartment you think I have lived here at The Vermont for several years, believing that things will turn for better but, I don't think it's going to happen any time soon. I am definitely moving out as soon as my lease is over. Everything that "Do not torture yourself" said below is very true, word by word and the leasing asst. manager "Sunny" has major attitude problem with extremely unpleasant personality.
