Do not torture yourself I have been living in the Vermont for quite some time and almost everyone I met in the elevator complained about the apartment and suggested they will soon move out. I have also made the decision to move out soon and thanks to our leasing office who made the decision so easy! Let me start with some compliments so that this review would be less biased on the negative side. The Vermont Apartments Hi Apartments.com, My names Nick and this would be an accurate review of my apartment. It's really luxurious and high class but the rent is way too expensive specially for a person like me who's only making 11$ an hour. It's on the corner of Wilshire blvd and Vermont ave in Los Angeles and the location is absolutely prime. It consist of two sky scraper towers looking over downtown, hollywood and even the beach. Hip, modern luxury apartments The amenities are unparalleled with a rooftop pool, hot tub, dog park, grill, spacious gym, 24 security, and W/D in units. All the apartments have ceiling to wall glass windows so the view at night is one of the best perks personally. This is probably the best apartment in the area that I've lived in.
Hip Mid-City living The Vermont is a hip, modern, but beautiful in design and location. Just west of downtown, it is close enough to anywhere hip, and the spaces themselves are modern and comfortable. I LOVE IT!
