I love the Vermont I use to live here and just recently moved back. No other place compares to the Vermont. I truly feel at home and have slept so well since being here .

Verified Renter All staff are friendly and do their jobs but building has way too many quirks and flaws that bring down the rating. Too many air leaks into the unit via window frames, vents, and sink pipes which allow cigarette/weed smoke smell to travel from one unit to another way too easily. Trash chute doesn't work half the time.

Verified Renter I moved to the Vermont about a week ago and our experience started out great. We did have some issues with some appliances, but the issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. I was impressed by the quick turnaround! Great customer service here! So far, I love living here!

Verified Renter Sometimes it's annoying to go down to find a package, but, surrounding environment and the service is satisfactory.
So many better places to live for this price. The horrible staff doesn't care about you after you sign the lease. Overpriced electricity ($100/per month flat in a 1 bedroom we are almost never in) and you are forced to pay for digital TV service, no choice to opt-out. Grills are old and work 10% of the time. Filled with Airbnb clients who party late at night and security does nothing about the noise.
Verified Renter So far, the Vermont is a lovely place to stay at. The utilities and facilities here are great, and the convenience we have as residents (to the trash room, facilities, elevators) are a pleasure to have.
Verified Renter The Vermont is like living in a hotel that you can call home. The facilities that are offered are fantastic and I have less desire to go on vacation since I have moved in because the facilities are better than most hotels and we have astounding views.
