Verified Renter When moving from the Bay Area, The Vermont was the first apartment I toured in Los Angeles, and after touring myriad other apartments nothing could compare. The floor to ceiling windows with sweeping views of the city are incredible and the infinity pool with views of DTLA are breathtaking. Homeless sleeping in exit stairway Many times...i have run into homeless guy sleeping in the exit stairway. This has been issue with this apartment. EASY ACCESS to anybody...even homeless. They make this outside look so wonderful but once you are in, they are ruthless, no response, cant handle customer services, security is big issue. People live outside come in and use all the amenities because IT IS ACCESSIBLE. Over floading with airbnb which is ongoing issue over years but still going on. Not safe Had all my tires and rims stolen from my own parking spot. The thieves had to go through two gates to get into resident parking and they still were able to leave unnoticed. Worst part is management doesn’t even care. Emailed them about how unsafe the building is and never even got a reply.

I love the Vermont I use to live here and just recently moved back. No other place compares to the Vermont. I truly feel at home and have slept so well since being here .
