5 star is a joke The water and electricity bills are shared among all residents, which means you have to pitch in several hundred dollars even when you're not home. More, packages frequently go missing. The elevator frequently has a strong smell of marijuana. The gym's air conditioning breaks down every month. After moving out, they come up with all sorts of reasons to deduct over 50% of your security deposit, even for things that are just normal wear and tear.

I don’t know how they have 5 stars It looks good on paper and it was fine before covid but it is getting worse and worse. There’s only about 15 visitor parking spots for a building with over 100 units. Cars get broken into all the time and the thieves always conveniently know which floors don’t have cameras. Package delivery is a nightmare. All the security workers have attitudes and do their job poorly, if at all.
