Even though you all were busy, Jamie graciously agreed to have someone take a look at the car. Yesterday I was in your store to get a set of tires and when I got there I saw two other people there that work at Wegmans with me. Wegmans is know for it great customer service. The three of us agreed that we would not take out cars anywhere else than The Tire Shop. Says a lot about your shop to have a few Wegmans employees in there at the same time, we know what great service is. I always leave happy. Thank you.
The name can be deceiving since you figure they strictly deal in tires and small repairs. Nothing can be more from the truth. Customer service is amazing but what really surprised me is that the Tire Shop has some amazing mechanics that can do it all. Nobody likes to go to an automotive repair facility, because it typically means that something is wrong and it is going to cost money to fix it. I needed quite a bit of work done (procrastination on my part) and they were able to get it done in a timely manner. The prices were comparable and the staff was helpful. They explained the pros and cons of different tire options for me and the staff has mastered the art of not "talking down" to the customer.
