This place is as close to a hometown mechanic as you can get. The staff is very friendly and I always feel like they are being honest with me about what does and does not need to be done with my car. They get your car serviced quickly and I feel their prices are reasonable especially compared to the highway robbery that is called The Dealership. We've been bringing our vehicles to your shop for 8 years and will continue to do so as long as we live in the area. I send everyone I meet to your shop and tell them the story of the first time I cam there with a problem and was told nothing was wrong with my car. I patronized your shop for the first time yesterday, and found it to be a very impressive experience. I was treated with the utmost respect and everyone in your shop was extremely friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. I would like to point out one such employee in your shop in particular. Even though you all were busy, Jamie graciously agreed to have someone take a look at the car. What a great place! I started taking my vehicles to The Tire Shop in 1993 when I moved to Leesburg. At the time I was driving a BMW 325is. The staff was very knowledgeable, price was right, and it was a fun place. Since moving from Leesburg back inside the beltway and two BMW's ago, The Tire Shop is the only place my cars go for any service. I trust them with my BMW 650i more than some of the dealers. Great-honest staff and owners, you can send your daughter here.
