My husband & I have been bringing our cars here for quite some time now & we have always been pleased with the service we received. One of our vehicles has needed a few expensive repairs recently & this past week The Tire Shop really came through for us providing excellent service at a fair price. I love this shop! IT's my go-to for our family vehicles. All of the mechanics and staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great little waiting area, especially if you have little ones. Everything is always clean, service is always thorough and prompt.
These guys are great! I have had routine work done here - new tires, rotation, oil change - and they were efficient. Just yesterday I had a vehicle emergency and when I called to tell them to expect my car, they quickly found my information in their system and even told me that it wouldn't be as expensive as I feared! (Since the tire was under warranty.) After a less than ideal experience at Costco's Tire Center I ventured over to the Tire Shop and was extremely pleased with their expertise, professionalism and top customer service. This shop is a Gem! Always responsive to my sad story. Excellent customer service. Clean waiting area with fine hospitality. Stopped first at Midas on Catoctin Circle. Would not even look at car today. Had to make appt for NEXT day. Filthy wait area...uncomfortable seating.
