Great place for tires. Submitted a quote for tires on-line and received a quick response from Andrew. Contacted him and ordered the tires, which were in on time. Setup appointment and dropped off the car. nstallation was done within time told and customer service was great. Very friendly staff. Also had the emissions and state inspection done. Would recommend.
This place blows,took my car there multiple times last year and every time I got it back more problems occurred. Do not take your vehicles to these people they rip you off and I'm sure they do stuff to tie cars purposely so you'll be back. Scammers big time!!!

I've tried other places before and so far these guys have been the most honest with me. I bought new tires from them last month and been satisfied with them so far!! Keep up the good work guys!
Was traveling from NY and needed to get my VA safety inspection done once I entered the state. The Tire Shop was great, offered to take care of me, completed my inspection before they closed even though I didn't have an appointment and rolled in an hour before they closed. That level of customer service is rare nowadays...I really appreciated the quick & professional help!
I went into The Tire Shop to have my tires aligned. I dropped my car off with Rusty and headed out to run some errands while I waited. About an hour later I got a call from Rusty. Merchant Tire in Springfield had installed the incorrect tires on my car-- none of the tires they installed were the correct size or speed rating. What a fabulous place!
Dropped my car off here because I thought i needed a timing belt and a different shop (Good Year / VA Tire & Auto off of Algonkian) told me that another one of my belts was torn. The Tire Shop folks were very friendly and seem honest. In fact, they checked out the car and told me there was no torn belt and I didn't need a timing belt given the type of car.
