This shop performs out of sequence repairs like installing new tires with known mechanical and needed alignment in a manner to try to force you back and spend big money to have them make repairs, some unnecessary! They will also not honor warranties tying them to additional unnecessary work to be performed. Dishonest and untrustworthy. Not recommended! Does not deserve even the lowest 1 star, poor rating

This is my first time using Tire Rack and I have to say what a great experience. I ordered the tires on a Sunday afternoon and I received a call Tuesday morning from The Tire Shop that they received the tires. I took the car in that afternoon. I waited 5 min or so online while they processed several customers. It only took a couple of minutes to complete the initial paperwork.
