They were very flexible in holding the tires for a week before I could get off work to drop the car off. Now.. on the install day. I got our of work late and arrived a little more than an HOUR prior to close. I asked several service questions (yeah I know) but I said to "drop and if there wasnt time" and asked for the following in order of priority; Tire install 4 wheel Alignment and finally if possible state inspection.
