I've had a full set of Continental 255/50 ZR19s replaced here once before, but it's my last visit to TTS worth noting. Had a 3 week slow leak "graduate" to 1 day, figured it was time to replace. Andrew greeted me at the counter and rather than just going with my request to replace it, he immediately walked me out to my car to assess the real damage. Within an hour my tire (AND sensor) were fixed...an expected $300 out of pocket became $27. Service and honesty are appreciated! They will get my next set of tires.

My driver side window decided to stay in the open position regardless of how cold I was. I called the Tire Shop in the morning and they had it fixed by the afternoon. Prompt, courteous service! Who could ask for more?

I'm done with this shop. I really want to support a local business, and the employees are nice, but their Lawyers suck. 2 of 3 of the last time there, they refused to help me with a simple request due to "Liability." Another time, they tacked on a serious fee for parts, way beyond Retail/Dealer price. Today, all I needed was a plug in a tire. I'll be returning to this place. Very friendly staff and helped me out. Recently just my for and they were very kind to get me in and out so I can continue on relaxing to heal. Amazing place! All three guys were happy to have their customers come in. Oil change and state inspection in one place, nice!
