Have used Sterling twice now and each time was great. The manager called me today to follow up and also gave me some info about how to address a few issues which I really appreciated bc honestly they didn't have to do that. Would use you guys again for sure.
Sterling provided excellent service and an extremely detailed and thorough inspection report. We are relocating from out-of-state and Sterling went out their way to work with us remotely. Mike was generous with his time in explaining the findings of the inspection report and answering all our questions. I would definitely use Sterling in the future and recommend them to others.
Update: After a satisfactory encounter with Adam, I've been hounded with follow-up calls at inappropriate times from The Sterling Inspection Group, Inc.. When I inform them that I am not available and to email me to schedule a time to talk, they just call on a different day. Very professional, detail oriented, and we'll organized company! I received a thorough report of every problem I would not have know otherwise, and more importantly, solutions to fix it. The report illustrated the problems by the many pictures they took, and attached to the report. I recommend The Sterling Inspection Group to everyone in Washington State who needs their service which include more than just inspection, but also home warranty, and etc.
These people were amazing. Showed up early, got right to work. Explained everything, answered questions, brought snacks. Report was ready and delivered same day. Would use these guys again in a heart beat.
Very happy with our inspection! The inspector was very thorough, and gave us a lovely presentation at the end of the inspection to show us what he found. He found a number of issues not visible to the naked eye, and we're still buying the home, but now we know to budget some money for the needed repairs. Thanks so much guys!
