Had a great experience, the owner showed up and really ensured everything went smoothly, they go above and beyond with their work and give extra perks and customer service that other companies simply don’t have such as free warranties..their response time via email was on point and they really make sure your satisfied with the whole experience from start to finish!

Sterling home inspection was recommended to us by our real estate agent, Matt Shirer was our inspector. He was at the home before we arrived for the inspection. He was very thorough ,courteous and professional, addressed my wife’s and my concerns throughout the inspection process. Gave us a very good presentation of all the inspection items of concern that should be addressed with the house. Highly recommend Sterling home inspection.
The inspection was very thorough and done in a timely manor. The young man was very nice too!
Excellent customer service and experience, very happy! We had to wait an extra two hours for a locksmith to come let us in to another door and the inspector waited with us and finished his inspection! We received he very detailed report, with photos, the next day. I would highly recommend this company.
Very thorough inspection and very detailed report. Went over every aspect of what they found with us while at the house. Impressed with the free warranties that come with the inspection as well. Highly recommend the Sterling Inspection Group. They even brought water and snacks for us while they completed the inspection!
